I loved this book and I can't wait for the sequel. September is a wonderful girl who has amazing adventures and her companions are interesting and fully filled out. My favorite quote from the book and for the year so far is this:
"..., September read often and liked it best when words did not pretend to be simple but put on their full armor and rode out with colors flying."
I agree wholeheartedly.
